The Refuge Mamanguá is a property comprising one POUSADA “INN” with 8 suites and 1 community area  and 2 caiçara traditional style houses adapted to the contemplation of the landscape, with large windows and wooden decks, all located just a few steps from the sea.

Sleep and wake up in full contact with nature, observe the passing canoes and boats, talk to the locals people, swimming, rowing, snorkeling, hiking are some entertainment options for those staying in the shelter. In Mamanguá no electricity, which increases our sense of harmony with nature.

To better heed our customers, from the year 2013 the Refuge Mamanguá has two types of hosting. You can choose between staying in our Pousada with the stewardship of being served with a delicious breakfast and dinner included in the room rate already and enjoying the services of the central área, living room and bar, or you can rent one of our houses and have complete independence and privacy.

Lodging in purple suites or in new yellow suites we have just inaugurated.

Pousada, with half board service ( maritime transportation from Paraty Mirim, breakfast included coffee, dinner, bed linen and towels, use of canoes ).

In this system the meals (breakfast and dinner) are served on the Refuge Mamanguá (carramanchão).

Lunch / local restaurants: To enhance and focus the locals in tourist services, the Refugio Mamanguá not serve lunch, prefers indicate local restaurants. In Mamanguá there are 4 local restaurants that serve good fresh fish, squid, shrimp and oyster. Access to restaurants can be done with canoe (available at Refuge Mamanguá) or by trail.

• RENTAL OF COTTAGES

Blue House Rental (up to 4 people) and / or the Orange House (capacity up to 6 people), equipped with full kitchen, gas fridge, hot shower and gas lantern.

We offer the use of fiber canoes / paddles and life jackets free of charge.

In this system, are not included in the maritime transportation or meals and bedding and bath to be taken and provided by the client. We provide phone contacts of boatmen who make Mamanguá shipping.
