ACCESS
Access to the Refúgio Mamanguá is by boat (45 minutes) from the Paraty Mirim Beach (where there are several locally owned parking lots to leave the car). For guests of the Inn, the boat transfer is included in the daily rate.

HOW to ARRIVE in PARATY MIRIM. (7 km of dirt road)
From São Paulo: The entrance to Paraty Mirim is just after Km 584, along BR 101 - Rio-Santos  Highway (right hand exit). After the entrance, continue along a dirt road for 7 km to the beach.
From Rio de Janeiro: The entrance to Paraty Mirim is 10 km after the main entrance (roundabout) to the city of Paraty, on route to São Paulo, along BR 101, the Rio-Santos Highway (left hand exit). After the entrance, continue along a dirt road for 7 Km to the beach.
For those coming by bus from Paraty: At Paraty's Bus Station, catch the bus to Paraty Mirim Beach (the name of the bus is PARATY MIRIM too). The trip lasts, on average, 40 minutes.

* Bus fares are not included. The guide can accompany you on the bus route to Paraty Mirim.
